I think he means and undefeated or 1 loss season and inparticular an undefeated MWC season.

As I think back to the All-Conference selections, you can clearly see why the MWC doesn't want this to be the BYU-only conference. I mean, there are quite a few teams who look impressive over the last three years. TCU 3 GB, Utah 14-10, AF .500, New Mexico 13-11. SDSU 10-14. Wow. How can I describe the league? Parity? Not quite the word I'm looking for. How about domination?
