I think it will be the best class that sees the field. Crowton had some really deep classes, but a lot of them never played, and others played just a little bit. The class with Olson and Mohetou would probably be more highly regarded (those two were 5 star recruits). That was also the class that decided to party a little too hard.
2002 at the top definitely gives 2008 a run for its money at the top. But I think with the depth and assuming the majority of the kids make it into school, that would probably be the best recruiting class I can remember.

I like how you basically answered your own question Gandalf Stormcrow.
Recruiting is such a crap shoot, the only reason I pay any attention to it is because I'm a football junkie, and it gives me the fix I need. Getting excited about recruiting is like getting excited because you threw for 10 touchdowns and no interceptions against whomever in Madden.
