I was prepared to offer again our explanation and frustrations over the issue of spammers and how they seem to be running unopposed because they don't get banned fast enough.
But, fortunately I don't need to do that anymore.
Phill has been given admin permissions to the site.
As of today Phill can work to ban those users who spam, their names, their IPs, and he will know entirely what the options for solutions are within this boards software.
**He will NOT be able to make graphical, forum style changes or additions to the software of the site at all!
Please still make your suggestions for fixes and improvements we can make to the board, but all changes will HAVE to go through our IT ADMIN and not Phill who is simply a Cougarblue.com Board Admin.
Phill can ban and delete, and has only a bit more power than a moderator but instead of reporting bad users he can simply delete them himself.
This will mean faster handling times for these issues, but doesn't mean phill will be on the forum 24/7 and will catch these spams before you do.
Please offer us up to 48 hours to handle the issue respecting the other busy aspects of our lives.
Send us an email or private message linking us to the spam and we will take care of it ASAP.
