supposedly grades were part of the issue but also OK State is having some depth issues at lb and he likes his chances to start/contribute better out there. That's just what i've heard speculation wise though, there may be other reasons. Also, I've heard that there were no negative feelings either way. I think BYU knows that they are stacked at linebacker so he wasn't really a huge loss.
Doesn't he lose a year because he's going to OKState after having signed a letter of intent to play with us?
There's several exceptions here such as if BYU's AD released him from his letter of intent, or if he did not meet BYU's academic or honor code requirements, or if he failed to get the eclesiastical endorsement.
