BYU fans in Washington State--UW game 3 Months ago Karma: 6
I want to put this out there in people's minds before they make their travel plans this fall, and

I live in washington state, about 3 hours from Seattle and 11.5 hrs from Provo. I can find places to stay in this area for cougar fans headed this way for the game...

I would also be curious how many other CB posters live up here. I am near the Tri-Cities.

I'll definately be headed up for the game but will probably be staying with some friends from my ward who's parents live up there. I'm sure there will be quite a few travelers.

About how many wards/stakes are in the greater Seattle area? Can we expect a decent turnout from the local faithful?

I think I'll be heading to that game. I am currently in spokane but I get to go to Seattle for two weeks before I begin my clinical rotations. We have to meet at the medical school and get some prep and it happens to be if I am correct during the time frame of the BYU vs UW game!!! I believe I'll be staying with some member friends in the Seattle area.

There are quite a few LDS--I can't predict how they'll turn out. I don't expect as good of a turnout as we had at UCLA.

I'm in the Tri-Cities and I'm hoping to go to the game. Does anyone know when the tickets will go on sale?

I'm priest's quorum advisor and both the young men's president and Bishop are BYU grads as well, so maybe we can make it our "high adventure" activity with the boys. I can dream, can't I.

niqmadu,

I live in Sacramento and will be attending the game with about 15 other guys from, CA, TX, AZ and UT. This game will be our annual road trip to BYU game; last year we all went to the UCLA game and had a blast. If you have any suggestions for hotels near the stadium that would be much appreciated.
