Looks like everyone's favorite malcontent can add professional athlete to his resume. http://missoulaphoenix.com/Team/Roster.aspx
He is now a member of the Missoula Phoenix! Awesome! So in one year he has left/ been dismissed from three programs - BYU, Sac State, Montana (State?).
I wonder if he still blames BYU on the Frappuchino.
What a bizzare sequence of events.

Actually it is non-paid semi-pro football, so he can continue to play college football.
Excepting for injury, could you imagine if Provo setup a "Provo" team (so they are all current players from BYU) that got to play during the summer and then show up for fall practice?

Provo has a team like that , but I can promise you none of the BYU players play on it

There is only one thing that I would worry about if BYU players played on a summer league team. And that is the Wear and Tear on your body. Its not like basketball where there are accelerated leagues and stuff year round that you can play to stay in shape and sharpen your skills because Football is a Violent sport. You have to have non-contact offseasons because your body can only handle so much.
