Hey I love the georgia pick as either one or two...They are scary! Matthew Stafford is a quality QB and then with Moreno at RB...I like the core of their offense...And the bulldogs always seem to pull together a great defense. Mark Richt does an awesome job down south in Georgia...I raise my glass to Mark Richt in hopes that he woops up on Oscar Meyer! Ya know what, Sure there are a few powerhouses but the parity in college football is awesome! I love how anyone can beat anyone on any given saturday!

1. Notre Dame (just kidding)

1. Oklahoma - Bradford may be the best college qb next year, they have a stellar offense and some star incomers - DeMacro Murray is a star at RB http://www.gnextinc.com/ou/schedule.html

No Missouri on the schedule, Texas tech, Nebraska, Kansas at home
could go undefeated - and they have the only Stoops that can coach

2. Georgia - Richt may be the most under-appreciated coach in America (besides Bronco)
Knowshon Moreno is the real deal

3. USC - Reload but not scary reload like in the past

4. Clemson - solid top to bottom

5. Virginia Tech - Better than people give them credit

6. LSU - Perriloux gets his head on straight, this team could win it all

7. Ohio State - Very good team, that we know will get overwhelmed by a better one in their bowl game

8. Missouri- somewhat overrated to be honest, lots of offense coming back, no defense - will miss Tony Temple more than they think (no defense = losing tight games)

8. West Virginia - could be better, depends on coaching transition, they have the horses

9. Auburn - great defense, loaded team also transitioning a bit

10. Arizona St. - Very good but incredibly unfavorable schedule - at Cal, at USC, even at Arizona (you don't want to play your rival on the road - like us this year)

11. Florida - Tebow and Urban - good enough to compete with the studs they bring in every year

13. Kansas - again overrated - I would want to play them but they are returning an offense that beat Va Tech in the Orange Bowl

14. Penn State - loaded - is Paterno a liability now?

15. BYU - Unfair if we don't get in this area to start

16. Texas Tech - crazy nuts offense, Crabtree = Heisman, scoring records shattered (tough schedule)

17.Wisconsin - always a threat, well coached, huge home field advantage, giant linemen

18. Illinois - Benefit from weak bottom of Big 10 - wellcoached - have homerun threats

19. Pitt - Wannstedt finally has a top 20 team and an all american rb

20. Tennessee - Because I refuse to put Fresno State, Boise State, or Oregon in my top 20

3) Now, as for the pre-season rankings, I know they can be fun to speculate, but the BC$ pundits not only cherish that as "water-cooler" material to justify the whole BC$ cartel system, but they take the pre-season rankings seriously. In fact, this is one way they can control a "non-BCS" school from ever reaching the NC game - through the pre-season rankings. NOBODY knows how teaams are going to perform, based on their schedule, so we should not reward them with being ranked a certain number before anything has been played on the field. If somebody could divine that, they would be BILLIONAIRES...
