Martinez first reported to Doman that the grades weren't there. The next question though is did Cate send 1 of the 10 films to BYU? I doubt it. Also, what's strange to me, is the family indicated when he returned to the family structure for his senior year, he turned "golden". It sounds like he does well in good environments. Let's see--BYU a good environment? Yeah, it probably wouldn't work out for him.
I heard on the radio that he has yet to qualify academically even for Utah, but that it looks like he can make it.
He lives under the same roof as BYU OL recruit, John Martinez. I read an article that said that they were biological brothers, but I'm not sure how they are related.
