as far as i know, they aren't on the collegiate track teams-but usually aren't at BYU, just for high school. My neighbor is Jay Omer's 1st asst, and he said that the summer conditioning is harder than any track athletes ever have to endure, other than long distance of course, but newcomers often wish they were in a marathon instead of Omer's program. Omer has had to lighten up to lower the risk of leg injuries, but I'm sure everyone is looking forward to the eco-challenge as well, that'll be aired on ksl sportsbeat in august
