If so, be sure to pray for his success. Might be the quickest way to get him away from the MWC.

A friend of mine does, and I asked him about helping and he said he would keep it in mind, along with the hundreds of others who have asked as well. He hinted it would never happen, just he would keep it in mind.

The PAC 10 commisioner was interviewed today on a local Portland Sports station. One of the interviewers was Jason Sukanec, a former cougar lineman. The retiring commisioner stated he is proud and pleased with the BCS, he does not like the idea of a playoff, and he doesn't think they will expand.

Sukanec specifically asked about expansion wih Utah & BYU. The commish said that Utah doesn't have a big enough media market to be considered.

I find it interesting that two points I find important ie. playoff and the value of the BCS are viewed completely opposite by the commissioner.

I think after Thompson finally gets fired he will become one of those sideline guys that holds up the down markers or chains...

I don't want him touching the chains. He would probably try and "fix" it by using those not-so-quick sticks.

I recall CT saying this new TV deal was great......and even after the big mess with the satellite dish networks, he said the MWC's exposure is increasing and he was pleased with its results......and on and on. Perhaps CT is really posturing for the PAC-10 position. We can only hope...
