Yes, it is slow in the summer and therefore leads me to notice some stupid things about uniforms and other things. Last night I was watching BYU v. Arizona replay on the Mtn. It brought up something that really bugged me last year...Max Hall's helmet. That thing was massively huge and had a wierd bar down the middle of the facemask. It appears that this year he has switched to a more conventional helmet and face mask. I wish I had the time to show pics in comparison, but I do not (maybe someone else does). That is all.

Those big helmets are to support the new stereo surround sound system. That bar in the middle is the antenna. I suppose you've seen the helmets with the dark visors? That's the "heads up" display for HD video.

You might have also noticed that Tuitama also had the same helmet as did many other quarterbacks last year.

that didn't bug me as much as both Max and Dennis Pitta had their Y stickers too far to the back of the helmet and looked kind of funny,

Oh my gosh, and did you see their hair? Ugh, deplorable!
