I would have to agree with you, but I just looked at all of faithful's posts between the AZ game and now...and no mention of a prediction...which makes me wonder...what exactly DID he tell us that has him saying, "We told you so"?

Hate to say it but I agree with the 8-4 prediction. I think we will probably lose every close game we're in. Utah is ALWAYS a close game. TCU is a quality team so I see us (and I hope I'm wrong) losing both games and winning the rest. I guess that's progress but it will be hard to get better next year with a new quarterback. I really thought this was the year where we could make a statement.

I believe BYU did a good job against this team, no shame here. The shame belongs with you for your undying love to see your loosing predictions come true. It takes all kinds in this world to make it turn, it's too bad your kind feels the need to rub more salt in an unfortunate loss. Again, you have shown no class on these boards but have shown your true colors.

The whole thread was created in a manner that it was meant to be offensive to us. I would that you would notice that we have held up our end of the bargain we made with you and have toned it down and would expect you to keep your own rules.

In the comment you made regarding the deletion of the threads devoted to this topic, you never said that it had to be directed specifically at one individual, but ANY thread devoted to bashing or praising the realists. I believe that you will take control of this matter in the manner that you said you would.

Your bold words...not mine. This seems like a "praising the realists" kinda thread...

My predition: BYU will finish regular season 8-4; I think we are good enough to beat everybody in the MNTWEST except for TCU and Utah or somebody else. Sad we cant come out and get a big win. we're getting closer we just don't know how to win yet.

I feel the same way.

Look, I picked BC to win the game by 3 or 4 points. But I am so disappointed right now. I really thought we were going to pull it out at the end. And we had SO MANY opportunities to do it.

There is no question that BYU is talented. No question. But BYU is going to fall at least three more time this season: TCU, Utah, and the Bowl Game.

We don't have that killer instinct. We don't know how to grab another talented team by the throat and finish it off with a win.

If anybody thinks we are going to win out, they haven't watched the games closely enough. BYU, even when presented with the opportunity to win, folds when playing highly regarded teams or in emotional games (Utah). I think the TCU and Utah games will be very competative, but I don't see BYU prevailing this year.

I just hope we don't have a let-down against USU.
