In case anyone is interested:

Travis Hansen has apparently recovered from his torn achillies, and is again playing well in Europe.

Thanks for the tidbit, he is still one of my all time favorite players. So gritty and tough. Opposing teams hated him so bad, but he was such a good leader and so tough, he really was the team the two years he really got to play. Good to see him doing well across the pond. Wonder why he has never made it back to America, meaning the NBA?

The picture of Travis looks more like he is wrestling than playing basketball. And they say that European players are afraid to mix it up.

Travis is likely making a very good income- Dynamo is the top paying Russian team and one of the top paying in Europe. Some WNBA females make nearly a million playing for the Dynamo womens team during the European season.

I can imagine Lee Cummard putting on 10-15 lbs and playing for a long time in Europe; it's not a bad living. Ryan Toolson did well there.

He's making more money playing in europ right now than he would make on the bench in the NBA (plus he actually gets to play which is a plus)

I answered this question some months ago but I can't find my answer in some past post. Does anyone know how to search old subjects for a specific post. (in this case by the Sage)
