Thanks for proving everyone's point. Two of the 3 pictures you chose for the Jazz offense section, clearly show fouls (one of which was called). The one with Odem and Harpring you can clearly see that Odem is making contact on the arm (was not called a foul).
The one with AK and Gasol shows Gasol pushing AK at the waste (and this was after the whistle had already blown, because AK was actually fouled earlier in the play).
