Just dawned on me that Lee is 6'7" and judging by the length of Lee's arms I would guess Lee's wingspan is wider than 6'7".
Since just about everybodys height measurement came back lower that what they were listed at I doubt Lee is really 6' 7". My guess is you can shave about 2 inches off him so 6' 5" without shoes. He does have really long arms though.
There's what's called a true height index and apparently is more important to scouts that simple head to foot measurment.

While it's not uncommon for players to measure smaller than their college media guide suggests, wing span is an interesting issue.
Players also have different percentages of their height from their shoulders up. Trents long neck and protruding adams apple don't help him play the game better.

While Maute Bol was 7'7" - he has
an amazing 8'6" wingspan, compared to Yao Ming, Shawn Bradley, and Gheorge Muresan who all have wingpsans in the 7'"5-7'9" range
Trent =6' 9.25"--- wingspan 6' 10.5" standing reach ---8' 9.5"
Name ----- Height --- Wingspan --- Standing Reach
Anthony, Carmelo 6' 6.5" --- 7' 0" --- 8' 9.5"
Bosh, Chris 6' 10.25" --- 7' 3.5" --- 9' 1"
Collison, Nick 6' 8.75" --- 7' 1.5" --- 9' 0"
Cook, Brian 6' 9.5" --- 7' 2" --- 9' 1"
Hinrich, Kirk 6' 2.75" --- 6' 6" --- 8' 2.5"
Howard, Josh 6' 5.25" --- 7' 2" --- 8' 9.5"
James, LeBron 6' 7.25" --- 7' 0.25" --- 8' 10.25"

One example that stands out from the 2003 lottery picks, is Josh Howards large wingspan and Chris Kamans relatively short wingspan for his height. Kaman is a legit 7 footer with shoes on, yet has a smaller wingspan than everyone 6'5" or taller on this list. In fact Chris Bosh is an inch shorter than Kaman, yet has a significant 4+ inch reach advantage on Kaman.
Obviously basketball skill trumps the size measurements, but I guarantee that Josh Howards stock increased as his wingspan was shown.
