It was sad to see but when the site has pics of the biggest NBA busts, and the featured picture for the category is Shaun Bradley, it is sad.

Is Hoffa as big of a bust?
Ronnie Price local talent seems to be doing well.
Will the NBA be scared off of Plaisted because of the past two busts?

Oh, this post was about basketball??? If you stroll around our lovely campus, you will see that BYU has some beautiful busts. All modestly clothed, of course. It's their spiritual side that really is inspiring.

BTW, on the basketball side of things, Hoffa was a much bigger NBA "bust" (here we go again...)Folks forget that Bradley several good years with the Nets and Mavericks. Didn't he average a double/double a few times? I think he was kind of a victim of expectations-a 7'7" guy who was actually athletic. Great shot blocker-led the NBA for several years in that category, good rebounder, halfway decent scorer, but folks were looking for a 25/15/4 guy, instead got a 12/8/4 guy.
Hoffa, love him as we do in Cougarland, #8 pick overall, out of the league in what, three years? Total NBA flameout.

Bradley had the height but not the weight to hold his own in the paint. That affected his inside game and also his ability to handle the wear and tear of an 82 game season.

I watched old Shawn Bradley and thought "This is a small forward in a giant skinny body! I hope nobody mistakes him for a center!!!"

I was alot more disappointed in Michael Smith than I was in Shawn Bradley. Michael Smith had incredible tallent and skills, but a horrible work ethic. First round to Boston (Red always going for the white guy) and a huge bust!!!

I wasn't high on Greg Kite because he was a stiff at BYU so we knew he wouldn't make it in the NBA. Oh yea, also a first rounder to Boston...
