you people are such homers... the refs do not decide games... the players and coaches decide games... if the players put the ref's in a position to "lose the game" with a bad call, it's the players fault for not being ahead by more. I HATE when people blame refs.. I used to be like you.. blame the refs, hassle the refs.. but ya know what... it's NEVER lopsided.

I agree, in part, with Alaska. I hate it when Phil Jack@$$ blames the officials every time he loses, that is a major sore spot with me. However, I have noticed in this series that you cannot even look at Kobe without being called for a foul. Hell, there were a couple times it appears that the refs blew the whistle after the shot was missed so he could get his points at the free throw line. I know the stars get all the benefit of the doubt, but this seems worse than the days of MJ.

This is why Jazz fans make my stomach turn..... It's been this way for 30 years with Jazz fans, complain, whine, blame someone else.... yada, yada, yada... Where's the talk of all the calls the Jazz get at home?? Blame the officials....yea, that's it Please.... Man, I've tried to like the Jazz this year and I just can't do it, watch Boozer throw three shoulders into his defender, no call, watch AK47 tag Vuya..what's his name with a sharp elbow, foul on Vuya....

Man I hope the Jazz lose, I want to like the team but the fans are a bunch of babies.......

What cost the jazz IMHO opinion were turnovers, missed layups, and blow opportunities. At one point we had three chances in a row to take the lead but Brewer traveled, AK missed a layup, and somebody missed a jumper.

Worst game ever? I thought this was going to be a thred about BYU's loss at BSU....now THAT was the worst game ever....So the Jazz came all the way back but then missed some shots near the end and the Lakers did not....they had their chances and could not quite seize the day and steal one....I still fear the Jazz as much as any team because of the way they play...I hope the Lakers can close them out in SLC, but I doubt it....One interesting stat: in SLC Kobe shoots 33 times and Lakers lose; in LA, Kobe shoots something like 12 times, gets 6 or 7 assists and Lakers win...hmmmmmm

If the Jazz had someone besides D Will that looked like he WANTED the ball and knew what to do with it in the 4th quarter, we could have come away with a win. The visiting team will always complain about officiating...especially in the playoffs, but the refs don't cause our turnovers or tell AK47 he should be shooting 3 pointers in the final minutes of a tight playoff game. That was a frustrating loss for sure but we are coming back home to the friendly confines of ESA to get some love back. I am stoked for game 6 but still nervous for game 7.
