The new site design will take some getting used to.
There are several things that make it nicer, several things that make it more trickier to get around (how come theres no link to go back to the football forum from the bottom of the thread?)
Looks like I wasn't needed to encourage this change...although the format is a bit wackier than I expected. The upside down reply order and busy borders aren't awesome. But, I am glad that Mark and the Daily Herald took care of this on their own.
Hopefully this format looks better on my own PC at home, cuz from here at work it's not comfortable so far.
Yeah, you definitely have to go into your edit forum settings and change to have the oldest posts at the top, not the newest. What ever wacked out hippie came up with reverse order is well, a wacked out hippie.
I'm just glad to see that I managed "All Star" status despite my 3/4 release and less-than-stellar typing skills.

2. And, where are all my messages in my inbox that I've been saving?
Personal messages were not part of the migration. However if it is something you have a dire need for I might be able to work something out on a user by user basis. No promises though, I haven't look at the old system in that regard and have no idea how easily it will map to the new system.
