The two names that scare me the most on this list are first and foremost, G Pittman. I have heard a lot of good things about him and he had some good plays on special teams before his injury. Many were expecting major playing time for him next year. The other is David Angilau. I heard Bronco speak pretty highly of him on a couple of occasions. I hope that Bronco can help turn this around for all of them, but especially for those two.

We'll see on the kessman thing, we'll see how it works out. It sounds like he's just frustrated because he's not getting what he wants. My guess is, if he takes the time to cool down he won't leave. Of course, he's an 18 year old, so we can't really expect too much maturity out of him.

People do dumb things sometimes when there 18. Let's just all be grateful they didn't get into trouble for doing the same stuff those guys were alleged to have done under croweton.

I think we are learning that these types of events do not have the same impact to us as they did under the Crowton era. Just look at what happened this last fall. We had two quarterbacks transfer (Cooper and Bower) and one more is considering (Doman - or is he already gone?) and we are still stocked with Gaskin, Lark and Munns. I believe every other position is in the same situation (especially reciever - can't wait until Ashworth is back next year and then Jacobson the following year, which will be Collie's and Hall's senior year!). The only two areas of concern are d-line and d-back, but we aren't bagging on either of these like we did two or three years ago. Bronco has been able to fill positions well by focusing on the schemes. This is one of the greatest aspects of being a BYU fan these days - we can simply be a fan of the whole team instead of waiting for one player to do something miraculous.

I was also glad to hear that diluigi wasn't in the mix of freshman players that got into trouble.

Diluigi won't get into trouble. I think he's more afraid of letting down his parents down then of anything Bronco would do...which is saying something. He lives, breathes, eats, and sleeps football. No way he screws up his college football career.

If the punishment was to only miss a practice I couldn't imagine what they did was that horrific. Who said it was even an honor code violation? For all we know it could have been something like staying out to late and missing a curfew. Or something along those lines. If it where something real serious the punishment would have been a lot worse.
