I doubt that Holmoe has an family in Logan, since he is convert to the Church and grew up in Cali.
I believe that Holmoe may be getting some pressure from old blue hairs who want to see BYU play USU because the game actually meant something 35 years ago. Also, there may be pressure from other sources to play USU so that the Beehive Boot can be in play each season.
I'd rather play USU than a D-IAA team. My worst nightmare, strenght of schedulewise, is that BYU plays USU and a D-IAA team in the same season.
