Yes, he is listed as one of the players "Admitting using steroids" a few names after Barry Bonds. I was not aware of the ESPN article until I ran a Google search after seeing his name.

That portion came out in an ESPN the magazine article from Nov. 9, 2005. Looking over the report ... He packaged the things that came out awhile ago. Even then there are players that were named in the report (Brian Roberts) that were in the room where steroids were being administered. Other than the Clemens and Pettitte parts there isn't much as far as players go.
