I might have to revert back to my "ol-dayz"

I remember as a youth going to watch my cousin, who played for the Cougs back in the early 90's, at the Aloha Stadium. I was with my "Jack-Mormon" uncle who had a few brews while watching the game. The Hawaii fans next to us were saying bad things about BYU and the football team. My uncle didn't seem to mind. However, one of them said something crude and nasty about Joseph Smith, and before he could even finish his sentence, the dude was "counting the stars" spinning above his head. Needless to say, no more bad comments about the church and our beloved leaders.

I know this is not what the Lord wants us to do; however, it's plausible to believe that this would not happen where I'm from...alot of us "Jacks" to handle that! Go Cougs!!!

If President Hinckley is in Hell, then Hell must have some amazing people and I hope that I could be in Hell someday.

I'm all for protesting things and exercising your free speech rights, but some places (like funerals) should just be off limits for people.

Also, I think it's funny that we (lds people) can't win . . . we're either biggots because we don't allow openly gay, lesbian, or transgendered individuals temple recommends, or we are too much in support of GLBT lifestyles because we take the christian position that God is the person who will judge people and we don't throw rocks at them. Seems a little silly to me.

Westboro might be interested in something else that God hates.

I don't wish anyone to die, but I do admit that Fred Phelps' obituary is one I'll read with pleasure. At that time his concept of Hell will probably have taken a dramatic and personal turn.

Regardless of what kind of man he was you just shouldn't protest at a funeral. I don't care if it's Sadham Husein, everyone deserves some respect at their funeral. Good grief (don't speak ill of the dead and all that jazz).
