Eldermars, when I said we only needed one win against UNLV I was referring to the last two games on Saturday. I knew we had beaten them on Friday (5 of 7), I just couldn't believe that we couldn't win just one of the last two games. I'm still drowning my sorrow in Apple Beer (made in Utah by the way).

I realize that only about three Cougar fans and Cosmo care but just for the record, the baseball team did get screwed by the NCAA Baseball Selection Committee (I wonder whose on that illustrous group).

Only UNLV, the MWCs Conference Championship received an automatic bid while the SEC received 9...no that isn't a typo...9 bids to the NCAA tourney, while the ACC received 7 bids to the tourney.

I'm sorry but it makes me wonder if the conspirator's out there who are saying the Y has gotten screwed ever since the NCAA was forced to back off the Sunday play issue aren't correct in their thinking.

No, that's just a glitch we're working through. We'll fix that tomorrow. The summer months are the time to get all the kinks out in time for August and football season.
