I did, but the IRS is NOT, I repeat... N O T a government agency... it is operated by the Central Bank, which steals your money, so any rule or law on their website mandating or authorizing the collection of a tax on our labor is not constitutional and null and void.

Whether you like it or not, the regs and rules do have the force of law if the courts say so.

The IRS is not a private organization. It is part of the US Treasury department, which has full cabinet status. Also, the site I gave you provides CASE LAW, recognizing the proper legality of the 16th amendment and the US Govt's right to collect taxes on personal income. Ignore it at your peril.
