One thing that I like about Kehl is that he came in 10-12 lbs heavier than he played at BYU. His narrow-hips have been a big concern for a lot of the pro scouts, so coming in bigger and still showing the same speed and agility is a big plus for him.
A lot of linebackers will try to slim down to get their speed up for the combine and workouts, but Kehl putting on weight and still having his quickness is a good indication of his ability to translate to the size of the NFL without sacrificing his most valued asset.
