I was dissappointed with the start as well. Portland and Gonzaga, while being okay teams, are not powerhouses by any means. This is also the first year that the NCAA has pushed the season back this far to be more equitable for schools located in colder climates. The only excuse I could see the team using is that they are young. They don't have any seniors on the team this year. I think if Law doesn't make more of a statement soon, his job will be in jeopardy. Maybe not this year (unless the W/L column remains about the same), but next year he needs to produce with a young team. While I am a fan of Law as a person and as a coach, his record has not consistantly backed it up...at least for "BYU standards".
