I am predicting Tom Holmoe's email response to my next email:
"Dear fellow BYU fan. Thank you for your latest thoughtful email. I received many similar messages concerning this topic and felt it deserved a reply. I regret that my reply, like the last one to you, is a little bit (more than 2 months) late in response but I hope it will be equally straightforward and full of truth and purpose and that you will not have forgotten the aforementioned topic and abandoned your efforts to actually watch major athletic events involving BYU."
"I have talked with conference commissioners and the excellent businesspersons at the mtn and we have agreed that our plan to elevate other programs in our mighty Mountain West Conference is destined for success and hope you will be patient with our plan."
"We will show events such as mens basketball and football in inverse proportion to their win-loss success thereby causing the poorer programs to gain viewers, thereby gaining income to their program, thereby gaining success, thereby bringing more power to our soon-to-be super-mighty conference.
We also hope you will demonstrate patience as discrepancies in this ratio lead to occasional extra broadcasts of other school's games and occasional fewer broadcasts of your school's games."
"Respectfully yours, T. Holmoe"
