If it helps, you can tune into the mountain and watch our football team beat the crap of UNLV.

If only the mtn was on satellite...great idea though!

Well boys, at least we all feel the same way. Just think, at least we have the NCAA tourney to look forward to. has NIT Jr., so it could be worse!

haha it seems as though we all have the same feelings on the topic. Its not just the cougs that are getting messed over though. Its all the other Mountain West teams besides UNLV. Hopefully we can do better than one and done in the NCAA though. Well now i'm looking forward to spring football...

If they say it is all about money for the conference tourney why don't they play it in Provo? You don't think it would sell out here with a larger arena? Sure 90% of the fans would be BYU fans, but the MWC would make more money. They don't seem to care that UNLV gets 90% of the fans at their home court.

And don't give me the crap that Vegas is a more fun place for the fans. How much of the hotel and gambling money does the MWC get? They don't get that money, they get the ticket money. They would get more money if it was at the Marriott center and then UNLV could bitch about it when we beat them by 25 in the conference tourney.

Done venting. Now, our team really has to grow a pair and not be so effing weak on the road.

So trent better watch some tape of this game if he thinks he is ready for the NBA after this season. He might has well have not played. Any NBA worthy center should have a career night while playing against a bunch of guards. And who had the career night for the Y? The FRESHMAN guard!

Credit to rose for seeing that Ferdette was the only one scoring though, if he hadn't gotten as many minutes as he did, this game would have been a whole lot uglier . . .

Hard to have a career night when you're riding the bench because of insanely phantom foul calls.

I propose that next season we dedicate half our signs at BB games as anti-MWC/Craig Thompson/Las Vegas Invitational/etc., especially for the few games that the MWC so graciously decides to broadcast.
