I want to know if anyone has any news to report on why BYU isn't on his list of teams, though he has talked to BYU some.

Help?!

Here's an article about where BYU fit in with his early offers, but need to shell out the money I have for season tickets to read it. Anyone know what it said about his prospects with BYU?

about BYU (and Utah) not being in a big conference and never playing for a national championship. What do you think? Have you heard if BYU's atmosphere is anathema to him?

He looks like a fine athlete who will probably go elsewhere. He is a 6'2&quot; 220 linebacker who runs a 4.58 forty. He says his first choice is Texas, and his second is USC, neither of which had offered him at the time of the last interview (March 19th). His third choice seems to be Oklahoma, which has offered him. Although both BYU and Utah have offered him, he doesn't seem interested:

&quot;I want to get out of state,&quot; he said. &quot;They aren't in a big conference and they never play for the national championship. I never really watched them.&quot;

He also said he doesn't know much about BYU, which may seem a little unusual for someone playing ball just 35 miles from LaVell Edward Stadium (Cottonwood High School), but if he truly doesn't watch them on TV, that would explain it.

It looks like Lynn is another in-state athlete who will go out of state.

I have heard before that the Coaches at Cottonwood do all they can to get their kids out of state. Rumor or Fact, who knows, but could explain why he doesn't even think about BYU or Utah.

I hope he does well, and doesn't regret it when Bronco has us in the mix for National Championship contention and he could have looked REAL good as a 4-year starter.
