Kevin Love is an incredible post player, the best UCLA has had in ages and Collison is perhaps the best point guard in the country. I doubt BYU wins, but I think they keep it close if the 3 is falling.

Is the overall consensus that we're in good shape and should win easily, if we play like we're capable? Without hearing or seeing (at work) and only reading this thread, I'm not sure how to take it. It seems like typical Cougar b-ball, hesitant and reluctant to start and then wait till its too late to show them how we can play.

Here's to hoping they come out hard early in the second half, get a good lead, and then cruise (while building the lead).

As for UCLA, who cares right now. Let's worry about A&M.

Because Rose put in Fredette and Colinsworth in instead of Plaisted and Murdock. TP has to be the most frustrating BYU player in a long time.

The team didn't start out strong. They lacked emotion. I hope they come out with much more fire and attack the basket.

Carter for the Aggies has 5 three pointers in the first half, that is all their offense tonight. He goes cold and BYU heats up, then BYU wins going away.

BYU was not playing good defense until Rose tore into them and they picked it up during the last 8 mins. BYU came back from a 12 point deficit to take a 3 point lead just before Carter drilled his last 3 of the half.

BYU has missed at least 3 shots at the line or BYU would be leading now.

BYU plays much better as a team than Texas AM, but AM has some players that give BYU fits.
