Okay, lame as it may sound, and knowing that any one of us could lie as much as we want with little to no detection, but assuming we are, for the most part, BYU fans with some values and desire to be honest... (nice opening line huh?) Without disclosing more information than you want/can what are you occupations? I peruse a couple other boards and many of them sound like college students with drinking problems (no they are not just Ute boards). I'm just curious about the type of people with whom I spend probably too much virtual reality time.

As for me, I am a seminary teacher. I have been for almost 11 years not counting student teaching. I also do carpentry on the side, mainly framing and finishing.

Go Cougs!!!

My connection to BYU sports is I was on the wrestling team, back in the day BYU had one. The funniest thing about that was the day I was on my way to practice and struck up a conversation with a coed. When I told her I was on the wrestling team, she told me I couldn't do that. I asked why not. She said, "I've seen it on TV. Those big guys would kill you!"

I'm an attorney in private practice after many years working in State government. I teach Tae Kwon Do two or three evenings a week.

I usually log on for updates on football. I don't post much. I have no insider information, unless you want to go back to the early 70's

I am a semiretired teacher. I sub in #93 and Sho Ban. Ammoncougar, some time we are going to run into each other.

Bengal, who are some of the wrestlers in your time? Do you know Bob Christiansen or any of the Hansens from Teton valley?

The girl didn't know too much. I'd take a collegiate wrestler over a phony show boy most any time. They are showing up well in UFC in fact I heard the guy that followed Davis made $50,000 and BYU told him not to do it again.

I would think your wrestling would be about as good as Tae Kwon Do. I used to do Parker's Kenpo but now do some Tai Chi.
