So far BYU is up 2-0 in the bottom of the 3rd, with one on 2nd and 2 outs. The Cougs have only allowed 2 hits i believe-and BYU has close to 10. Go Cougs!!

also, listening on 1400am in Provo-the announcers mentioned in the yewt-chronicle: "BYU should be easily beaten", yewta is better in terms of hitting and pitching...we'll see yewts, we'll see. Also the back of the free tshirts says: i root for BYU and anyone else playing yewta.

In the bottom of the 7th-byu has been coming back off of a 9-3 drought...currently the score is 5-9 with 2 outs. BYU let several walks score as the pitcher struggled to do anything...so he's been benched.

and the Cougs lose...its a shame really-they gave the yewts a chance to get closer in the deseret duel thing...i suppose i dont really care who wins because we swept the important games...but i'd like to keep them from enjoying everything. On the plus side-this didn't count as a conference game.

Why do they play all three games at Utah? I am surprised that they don't split the games. I never understood scheudling in baseball.
