Yeah I am betting that it will be closer to 2025 than 2008. The PAC 10 should invite BYU and Utah, but it won't for the near future. The only thing we can do is affect what we can change. We need to dominate the MWC and pressure the conference to add BSU and Fresno or some other good program to create a MWC conference champ. Adding quality teams to the conference and a playoff could be enough to get an automatic BCS bid.

Yeah, but BYU is "endowed from on high." None of the Pac-10 heathen institutions can claim that.

Yeah the Pac-10 believes that all their student-athletes are really research-scientists-in-training. Therefore they'll only consider "research universities" for admission. In other words they will only consider schools that are permanently sucking tax-payer dollars off the government tit.

I wouldn't bet on it. OSU is one of only three land, sea, space, and sun grant universities, so they publish a lot for government funded research.

Wow so I don't think i should be allowed to start new threads haha... I just came up with a silly suggestion and everyone blows it way out of proportion. On a lighter note, I miss the Luuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkke Chant from 2001 when staley was tearin' it up. So if luke ashworth scores a touchdown this year, I motion that we bring back the chant. And we need to come up with somethin creative to chant for unga, cuz the man is gonna bulldoze opposing defenses this year for many trips to the paydirt...
