Utah wont win in the big house. Michigan still has 4 years of top of the line recruits waiting for there chance. Michigan might not be good compared to other Big 10 teams but they are still better than the second place team from the MWC. Especially on there own home field.
The Big 10 isn't overrated!

I agree playing at Mich favors Mich big time; but the Big 10 is very overrated. Their record in bowl games the last 5 years shows that.

Last year the Big 10 went 3-5 in bowl games, the three wins were all by less than a touchdown and of course Illinois got embarassed by USC.
The only impressive win was that of Mich over Florida...go figure.

I also think that Utah will be a better team than last year and sadly I wouldn't be shocked if we came into SLC with a perfect record and struggled to leave with one. The rivalry is just built that way.

If there was ever a year that BYU benefits from Utah being good, it's this year (provided we beat them).

Umm, if Appalacian state can do it with Mike Hart, mario manningham, and michigan's alltime leading passer then Utah can do it with brand new people stepping in for their first game.

Not to mention a new offense that will be working out the kinks. I wouldn't be suprised at all to see Utah pull this one off.

I predict the utes go 7-5 this year, and that's being extremely optomistic.

I don't know, I think they'll be better than last year. What I think is kind of funny is that BJ is still winning about his shoulder. Max had basically the same injury and I haven't heard anything about it since the week it happened.

Sorry I don't find any sports injury "funny". The time required to recover from a sports injury and the extent of the recovery varies. There is absolutely no coorelation between BJ's and Max's injuries.

Sure I greatly dislike the yewts as a team but I'll don't take pleasure in any athlete's injury.

It is funny that he's winning about his shoulder, just as Hengst eloquently put it. Whining about an injury, now that's different.

Sorry, I'll be the first to admit spelling isn't one of my strengths . Especially when I am hurriedly posting something on cougarblue instead of doing my homework

It's not the injury that I think is funny, it's how he is handling it. Let me go ahead and predict that his excuse for every mistake next year is going to be, "oh, well, my shoulder was acting up a bit, so that 's why I threw that interception that lost us the third game to BYU in a row"
