Another Te'o has been offered. 2 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 3
Shiloah's other cousin, Malosi, who signed with UNLV and is on a mission has been offered by Bronco. Hopefully we can get him so that we will be one step closer to getting Manti.

Sweet. From his Dad's comments it sounds like he is leaning toward BYU. I like how it said that all three of them are very close like brothers and that they played Pop Warner together. If we get Shiloah and probably Malosi, that goes a long way towards getting Manti, IMO.

This is a curious thing. I thought I remembered Bronco saying that he didn't recruit guys on a mission. I am sure this was a very difficult thing for everyone. I guess it is similar to the Brandon Bradley case.

I'm sure Mike Sanford is going to love this if Te'o decides to changes schools. He has already been quoted saying how unfar it is to be playing older more mature RMs at BYU.

I doesn't matter what Mike Sanford thinks - he will be gone after next year.

You're assuming that Bronco initiated the contact, not Te'o.

In the article is says that Malosi wasn't really on the radar until Bronco visited Shiloah. Malosi had lived there and Shiloah's dad showed Bronco the highlights of Malosi's senior season which no one else really had. It also said how concerned Bronco was with distracting him on his mission. Malosi's parents were going to wait to tell him about the offer but Shiloah spilled the beans. I think Bronco did the right thing. Malosi is by his own admittance a BYU guy. He is one who slipped under the radar but will be a good recruit in his own right, not to mention the effect he will have on Manti.
