I got to know the remainder of the Parker family in California. The Parker house is decked out with Elvis gear that he gave them. (Ed Parker trained Elvis). Great family.
Graduated from BYU in 2007, working as an Auditor for Ernst and Young. BYU fan from way back, black sheep of my family as most of them attended USU, though they still cheer for BYU, especially when USU gives them nothing to cheer for.
Graduated from the Y in 2003. Loved my time there and am currently back in Pennsylvania at Drexel (Hahnemann) Univ for PA school. Lifelong fan of the Y and still follow it as much as possible. Didn't play sports beyond intramurals at BYU but did play in a band called Deadlocked. We were two time BYU battle of the bands winners, rocked out one of the volleyball games and even played for a pep-rally in the crowton era and had the awesome memory of having the cougarettes dancing to our music in front of us.
I think this is great! Nice to see there is a good mix of young and old Cougs! I graduated in 1989 by the skin of my teath. I tell people if I had to stay one more ski season I never would have made it. I guess I was easly distracted. I did however graduate, sent my BYU sweetheart on a mission and married her when she got home only to have her leave me with 6 kids after 22 years of marriage. So not all BYU marriages work out. I am a big BYU fan, especially football. I work from my home office for McKesson Inc. supporting Hospital software systems across the eastern US. I love my kids, love the Church and love BYU!
