He puts BYU at 17, which feels about right, given my expectations for pre-season rankings. He also appears at least relatively informed and generally positive. Enjoy the "feast."

Thanks for the link. For whatever pre-season rankings are worth, it's nice to see the Cougars receive some national love. Here's to a much higher post-season ranking.

Good find and Karma to you (By the way, do you not like Stewart Mandell? Why?). I was surprised that Fres. ST. was not on there not that I believe they should be but that everyone else is talking about them. I think 17 is a good spot from the press. If we started there in the Fall I would be quite satisfied. I would say anywhere higher than 21 and I would feel good and tingly inside.

I love that we are getting preseason buzz, but we have got to come out of the gates strong or it won't mean a thing. Of course starting at 17 and running the table could setup something special.

Notice who was on the outside looking in in terms of non-Cartel teams?
That's 3 out of like 30, or 10% of the top 30 programs come from non-Cartel teams. Please, someone refresh my memory, is this how it's always been since, say, the mid-80's?
