Yeah, I'm not too sure I saw the loss tonight as the beginning of the end. Despite playing on the road with one day's rest after a physical series against a team coming off 5 days' rest after a laugher of a series, the Jazz still had the advantage in the second half, and were still very much so in the game will 100 seconds left.
Then look at the stat sheet, and despite shooting 8% worse from the field, 29% worse from 3, 9% worse from the stripe and attempting 16 fewer FTs, the Jazz still were in the game, and only lost by 11.
The Jazz had a terrible, turnover/mistake ridden first half, and then they came out, tidied things up and played a solid second half. I expect the series to go the way of the second half, and I expect either a Jazz win in 6, or the Lakers in 7. I don't think LA wins in Salt Lake, but I do think the Jazz have a shot on Wednesday at taking one at Staples, especially if LA gives up 25 offensive rebounds again.
