This gets me extremely excited for the coming year. I see this team playing some much better defense with Miles getting more playing time, Emery back off his mission, and now this about Abouo being a defensive stud (along with some great offensive skills). If one or both of Lee and Trent return, this team could be REALLY good.
Certainly is promising. How's his midrange game? I'm tired of getting long ball bombers. He need someone that is money from 15 feet out and can shoot it off the dribble or coming off a screen.
The defense definately sounds promising. It will probably take Emery a little while to get his legs back, so having Abouo is nice.
