Yeah, it's quite a slick marketing gimmick to print multiple cover pages and distribute them according to regional interest. I'm sure many people see someone from their favorite local team on the cover and mistakenly think the player is on the cover everywhere.
It looks like the only consistent thing is that all five of the "national" edition covers feature Tebow and two other players.
