Unfortunately, I don't think Trent will get drafted very high. As I watched mock draft lists through the year, he started high and has gradually fallen off the list. There are three things he needs to improve on in order to play in the NBA:
1. Learn to hit a 10-15 ft. jump shot. We already know he can get around just about anyone to the hoop. If he can force the defender to play honest outside 10 ft. it will open up more for him going to the basket.
2. Post moves. We all know he is left handed, and while he did improve with his right hand, he is still nowhere close to where he needs to be. He won't get away with his flailing prayers at the basket that he puts up sometimes. Granted, he does have a very effective drop step move as long as he is on the right block
3. Free-throws. He gets to the line so much because he is more athletic than everyone else. Teams learned that if you can stop him, just foul him because he can't hit from there.
