If you take away BYU's baffling losses from the last two seasons (16-13 at Arizona , 30-23 at BC in OT , 27-17 at UCLA , 55-47 at Tulsa ) and we have 13-0 in 2006 and 13-0 in 2007 with wins over EVERYONE including BC and UCLA twice. If we had been winning the games we're supposed to win (all of 'em ) then I could see us getting some serious love. But we didn't win those games, but I have great faith that we will not drop any head scratchers this year.

First of all this is a team that won just 8 games the previous 4 years and won 9 last year. I am going to do an article for the website titled 'Rocketing Up, Fall Back to Earth' which will detail how teams do that had big record changes from one year (good or bad) versus the previous two years and how things tend to come back closer to normal the next year.

Wonder if yewtah will be exhibit #1?

Utah losing to Boise State in 2006 was about as baffling as BYU losing to USC in 2005.
