Not that he is on par with KG, but where do you think the Celtics would have ended up without KG playing?
So make up your mind. In the same sentence you say that Bynum is not on par with KG but then imply Bynum is on par with KG because the Celtics wouldn't have been as good with KG out. Typical Laker logic. You can't have it both ways.
Say whatever you want but the fact is the Lakers are an embarrassment. Kobe played like a rookie. Phil Jackson was out coached by a man that never won a playoff series, and the Lakers are as fake and plastic as the celebs that attend their games.
It been a long time since I've slept as well as I did last night and then I get on and read how Jordan Farmar is going to make the Lakers better next year!?! You have a better chance of convincing Al Gore that global warming is a hoax.
Go Jazz. You better be ready next year. Jordan Farmar and Luke Walton will be ready for you.
ps Sorry if I'm coming off as mean and sarcastic. I just can't stand the Lakers. They are right up there with the Yewts.
I do think Farmar will evolve into a good NBA point guard, I was disappointed when he went to LA and not seattle

.
I don't think the lakers are going to win a championship until they commit to play consistent defense. There has been some talk of them trying to get Ron Artest, which might put them over the edge. As they are now, I think Kobe is to lazy on defense and Gasal is too soft. They just don't have the right mentality to win a championship imho.
I also think the Jazz have the exact same problem. They aren't necessarily "soft" on defense they either don't play it, or they aren't very good at it. I think they need to lose Memo, and pick up a real center, but I still don't know if that would be enough. . .
Don't worry though, my sonics still suck, and they have been sold to oklahoma city, so I'm not even sure I have a real team any more.
