Yeah, that's true. But it reminds me of another team last year that everyone talked about having players with a lot of talent... SDSU. Of course, talent was the only thing people could talk about. And it only made things worse when they kept losing and losing.
In 2006 BYU played a team that was supposed to have A LOT more talent on the roster. In fact, with our talent BYU
wouldn't even have been a "mid-level" Pac-10 team. So there must be something else to winning football games besides talent.
In November, Bronco may not be talking about the talent on the AF team in his pre-game interviews. But he will talk about how he's worried about their discipline, perfect play-making, and the ability to play all 60 minutes of the game. They're never out. In fact, in the MWC you're only going to find all those qualities in one other team, luckily it will be BYU. AF may lose a few games where talent is the determining factor, but they have enough of the other parts of a good football team to make up for it. I think they will be in about the same spot next year as this year. Maybe one more in conference loss (They were 6-2 last year). They should beat SDSU and UNLV, probably Utah and Wyo, and split the rest.
