TBS is reporting an RM from SoCal has committed to play OL for the cougs. Anybody know who this is?

It's true. His name is Garret Reden, and before his mission he committed to UNLV after being recruited by a number of schools. Now that he got off UNLV gave his scholarship away (lost in translation when Sanford took over, apparently), so he was shopping for a new school. He was recruited after he got home a few months ago by BYU, Utah, and Oregon State, and committed to us. Should be a good catch, if only to add much-needed depth to the O-Line. Don't know how much of an impact he'll make right out of the gate.
