It is real. I have seen it multiple times in person, it is always there. In the MTC in Brazil there was a missionary with a CTR tat on his back calf. I always thought well I guess if you are going to get a tat why not a religious one. Other than that who cares, it must be mid july with nothing to talk about

Maybe he got the tatoo before President Hinckley made it clear (again) in the late 90's that tatoos/men with piercings/etc. were not in keeping with the teachings of the church.

Maybe he got it when he was a rebel but has since changed.

I have to say though that it is hard teaching your 9 and 7 year old that certin things are unequivocally wrong, and simeltainously be accepting ofothers who do those same things. For example, my kids know that they must wear a helmet when skateboarding. Yet they see others who don't. I have to tell them that they are going to get beat up if they start ratting out 13 year olds not wearing helmets, so just let it be...

I have a tatto on my forearm, among other spots of my body. I got them as a rebelious teenager, and before Pres. Hinckley came out and told us not too. I served a mission in florida, I thank my God everyday i did not have to wear long sleeves to cover them up, that would have really sucked.

A temporary CTR tattoo on a footbll player would be even more hilarious than the real thing. If you are going to have a tattoo at least have it be real.

I would like to see a comparison of the tattoos (permanent and temporary) of all BYU players and, say, U of Miami players. That would be fun. No question Miami takes it.

When my brother was in the MTC, he knew a guy who had a CTR tatoo on his butt.
