As angry as CU members are about this situation, nobody is more angry than the CU administrators.
This entire mess was caused ENTIRELY by the ticket office. Cougar United and the athletics department worked really hard to put the appropriate systems in place. The systems were in place, yet the ticket office failed to implement the system. They were not supposed to sell regular all sports passes the first 3 days. (That concept really doesn't seem too difficult to grasp does it?!)
I wish I weren't graduated so I could actually have a say as to what happens next. I will most definitley voice my opinion and displeasure with what has transpired.
I do encourage CU members to email the ticket office and athletics department and express your utter displeasure for the way they "complicated" this situation.
Cougar United administrators are fuming right now. So much time, effort, and $$$$$ went into setting this up just so the --always unreliable-- ticket office could screw it up.
