5-7 Are you kidding? Any team that returns a Senior Qb, and a 1000 yard rusher is going to be a lot better off than that. Utah is going to be better. Each year since the inception of KW, they have improved by one win. I believe that they will probably do that again. They won 7, 8, and then 9 games. This year will probably be 10. Injuries could throw a wrench into that prediction, but they will not be a push over team.
The last time we blew the Utes out was in 1996. I would highly doubt that we do that this year seeing that both teams are going to be good. I would like to see us ahead by 10-14, and then have the Utes score one at the end to make it look close....but even that might be wishing too high (I would love to throw up 50+ points on them, but it will not be likely. We will probably have to make some big miraculous plays at the end of the game to pull it out again - but odds are that if we keep it that close, one will eventually bounce their way!
They seem to hold us from scoring a ton because of their secondary. We throw the ball well underneath their coverages until we hit the bluezone, and then it is harder with less space to get the ball into the gaps. We just need to pound the ball down their throats and right into the endzone. Hopefully, Anae's new blocking strategies will pay dividends!
