My dream job would be if I was Hugh Hefner's heir and to chill at the Mansion all day with the bunnies while watching football on a massive 100 inch plasma. So, if you guys want I can bite the bullet and read it for you all

So I was here at work yesterday with not alot to do (actually lots to do but distracted by BYU football and Angels baseball), when one of my coworkers who knows I'm mormon (he is NOT - by any stretch of the imagination - but he is an avid reader, currently hooked on historical fiction books, so a month ago I gave him the first "Work and the Glory" book from my wife's shelf. He crammed through the first three, started the fourth, came in with a Book of Mormon last week and showed me what he has learned. Every Morning he says things like "we're in Illinois now!" or "did you know that 7,000 people lined the banks of a river in England to watch the first mormon baptisms?" [which I did not know by the way]. Monday he asked if he could come to church with my family in two weeks. If he gets caught up in ghoulish love stories I'll have to raid my wife's whatever they are books). End of side bar.
So yesterday he's back in his 'giving me grief mode', and he asks me if I'ld ever consider going to get the Pl#@b*y magazine just to read about BYU football. Clearly I'm not going to chide him or do anything to emabarrass him or myself.
Then I think...that would be kind of a funny thing to put on CB.
I think I made a mistake!
That's what you get for thinking!
97, you know that we LDSers/Cougar fans aren't allowed to think. Has you implant come loose again. The last time it did, it took three Danites to take you down and fix the problem. If they have to do it again, they won't just only fix the implant, they are going to fix you. You realize what that means, no more gene pool swimming for you. Gene pool Nazis if you know what I mean.

For those still in suspense over the Playboy mag article, here's all we need to know and you didn't even need to compromise your principles to get the info. Jay Drew took a bullet for us fans and I got this from his blog. This is the screwiest pre-season ranking of them all. Utah 16th? BYU not even listed??? (Hope that was out of respect that BYU is the LDS flagship university.)
Hmmm....Why aren't Cougars on this Top 25?
Hey, what do you guys have against the Cougars?
Although every other publication in the free world has BYU ranked among its top 25 college football teams this preseason, Playboy released its 52nd annual Pigskin Preview today and the Cougars are nowhere to be found among the magazine's top 25 teams.
Utah is ranked No. 16, according to a press release I just received from the magazine's public relations department.
Here the Top 25, for what it's worth:
1. Oklahoma
2. Ohio State
3. Florida
4. Missouri
5. USC
6. Georgia
7. West Virginia
8. LSU
9. Auburn
10. Kansas
11. Texas Tech
12. Arizona State
13. Texas
14. Wisconsin
15. Clemson
16. Utah
17. Cincinnati
18. Virginia Tech
19. Arkansas
20. Boise State
21. Illinois
22. Kansas State
23. Tennessee
24. Oregon State
25. Georgia Tech

WOW.. Who writes this article? They are the only pre season article to put many teams so low and so high. Tennessee 23??? Boise ahead of Tenn. Utah 16, Oregon st....based on what?? Georfia 6 is to low. they are top 5. USC is the ONLY ranking I agree with.
BTW mormanrasta was right, the TE preview was spot on.
All seriousness folks MLOdawgs is right on.. Playboy is as mellow of a skin mag as there is. Not any reason to waste your $$ or your standards by any stretch. But now that BYU is out of their top 25 the temptation is gone for all of you out there....you know who you are!!!
