I think the change that should be made is BYU should lower its educational standards for athletes. SEVERAL players that have qualified for enrollment throughout the years also qualified for the title of "dumb as bricks." If Filiaga couldn't get into BYU, he must not be able to read. He should take some courses at the "Zoolander school for kids who can't read good and want to learn to do other stuff good, too."

Maybe he just wants a girly hairstyle like Soliai and that other lady DL.

Plus it helps to take the "easy" classes. Just don't sign up for Underwater Basket Weaving 101. The instructor grades on the curve and rumor has it the class typically is 75% full of Navahos.

Actually they're cousins...for real. I won't lie it felt a touch racist. My Dad always has me talk when we do anything (insurance, cars, business) because he feels people won't take him seriously with his Tongan accent, because of comments like that... granted the Poly's also call me Oreo (dark on the outside, but white in the middle), but that doesn't mean the Poly's are dumb... especially Filiaga, I know the kid, and he's not dumb at all.

FOR THE RECORD: I wasn't saying that polynesian players are dumb as bricks. I was saying that some of the athletes are dumb as bricks (based on my PERSONAL contact with them).

Nobody messed their pants when someone on here said Broadus was a bad student and that Bolden sleeps through class. Was he saying that all black kids are lazy and sleep through class? NO, and only a hypersensitive person would freak out to the degree Hawaii cougar has. In fact, I was thinking of two athletes (both white) from past years when I made the "dumb as bricks" comment: one was a popular RB from not too long aguuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

The hair thing? Don't be such a baby. Nobody is insulting your culture-I was making fun of a player who cheated throughout the BYU-Utah game (he kept trying to get our OL to jump, which is illegal; he only got flagged for it once).
